Step 1: Registration and Payment
Register for the conference by submitting a form on our website.
Your membership includes the May 13th-16th, 2025 CME conference, available in-person, streaming online, and available on-demand post conference. Your membership also includes access to podcasts and content from past conferences.

Step 2: CME Sessions
Join us in person May 13th-16th 2025, or access past CME presentations online. You can view recordings from past conferences or listen to podcasts on our YouTube channel. For viewing the live conference and all enduring content, visit the Eventmobi event page for the conference year you are looking for. Eventmobi is available in both web and mobile app formats.
Step 3: Records and Certificates
To record your CME credits, please complete the CME Survey in Eventmobi for the conference year you'd like to claim credit.

Congratulations! Within 48 hours after completion, you can print your credits. Just tap the "CME Certificate & History" button on the Eventmobi event page. Your CME history will update automatically after each medical session you complete.
Step 4: AAFP Credits
AAFP active members are required to complete 150 credits of CME credits every three years.
Here's the breakdown:
1. At least 25 credits must be obtained from live learning activities.*
2. A minimum of 75 credits must be Prescribed credit. The remaining credits can be a mix of Prescribed and Elective credits. The 2024 Online CME counts as Elective CME, not Prescribed CME.
*For the 25 live learning credits, members need to physically attend a live conference.
