Welcome to Ogden Surgical-Medical Society
The Ogden Surgical-Medical Society (OSMS) is a CME (continuing medical education) community created by and for medical professionals. We provide a platform for empowering health-care professionals through education and collaboration.
Our annual conference is designed to keep the health clinician current through diverse, expert-led discussions and presentations, hands-on performance skill labs, and professional dialogue with colleagues, which improve overall competence and performance and enable improved patient care.
Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to give CME conference attendees specifically, and the local community in general, a professional and collegial experience focused on healthcare and community at the greatest possible value.

Founded in 1946 in Ogden, Utah, we are the longest-serving CME organization west of the Mississippi. Conference participants come from across the country. We offer accreditation to MDs and DOs. Other societies for Podiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and EMS Professionals may accept our accreditation as well.
Our meeting is one of the first of its kind to meet the standards established by national medical accrediting bodies, and has been attended by thousands of physicians over the years.
